Why is the severity of the itch inversely proportional to the reach?

I have realised I can only have room for two women in my life capable of inflicting so much pain

1. Dawn; if it's not hurting your not working.
2. Maddy; Able to find the smallest knot in my legs and make me suffer at the slightest touch, but at least I don't cry like some of the others....... You know who you are

It has been an interesting week, I'm studying for OASC next week and I must say it is really dragging now. I would rather be training and working around the house than sitting and reading articles or surfing the net. However after next week it will all be over and then the waiting begins. My time on the FJWOEU could be almost up for other reasons as I have been informed of my high status on this years board and the possibility of a promotion pending. Which is great as I have been waiting for a while for this, the down side is that I have the house and I'm financially tied in for a few years at least and could possibly be posted to anywhere in the country.....not good especially as I am now settled.

Dream sheet.....A day job 9-5 office work, no weekends and public holidays. (in your dreams)
Waddington, AWC!
Cranwell, Coningsby, Cottesmore, Wittering......as long as I can stay in Lincolnshire and if there is a pool that would be great....please Jim can you fix if for me!

The coaching is going well and I am finally a level 2. The transition training day at Cranwell on the 11th April (Easter) is filling fast with both civilian and MOD from the area's clubs. We have a lot planned and hope to make it a smooth transition for everyone. The children's Tri club are very enthusiastic and really enjoy the sessions, maybe it's the kid in me that enjoys them as well.

We are also now into the final 3 days before Lincoln 10k. I'm looking to go under 40mins but know I have it in me to blow that out of the water. I will be for the first time stepping out in the new Lincoln Tri kit to give it a test. Imp Sports have been really good in producing the kit and it already looks and feels better than anything I have worn before. Lets just hope it stands up to the rigours of the 2009 season. This is the view most people will get to see this season! Don't mess with the Horny Imps.

Good news on the bike front, Saddle back have sent me a new clamp. The new one is not black aluminium but polished stainless steel which looks bling and feels a lot sturdier. So I can continue eating all the pies.
Training wise has been good,
Monday; Easy 8k run and 2k of drill at Waddington before coaching Lincoln
Tuesday; weights 3x20 reps @40%, 1 hour tempo turbo and more swimming drill
Wednesday; 6x400m in 1:26 with 90 secs recovery and a massage from Maddy
which leaves today's weights, turbo and easy swim to finish.
Well I must get back to the books and breakfast now, hopefully the Royal Mail haven't declared nuclear war on BAA and terminal 5 in the last hour so I am still on top of everything. A verdict on the foam roller next week
