That's right I am now the proud owner of a Felt B2 (custom). The custom part relates to me changing from manky shimano to the silky smooth changing action of Campy.
Training has been going well over the past couple of weeks with me spending every other day in the lake clocking up the miles and riding every morning around 5am.
I have also turned a corner on the running. Today I took part in my first track session in weeks. 13 the be more precise! Nothing special but a short warm up followed by 4x800 on 2:40. Well 2:40 was a little to hard to reach but I did manage to do all of them in 3 Min's with a 90 sec rest. The good feeling may have been why I was so happy to part with my hard earned cash.....sorry just cash!
Tomorrow I start the first of my 3 days in the saddle on the old Felt covering a lot of miles (334) for more information about the tour of Wessex check out the links in the racing calendar. I'll let you know if I survive to tell the tale.
