I have been contemplating this for a while and on a wim decided to enter the Challenge Costa de Barcelona Maresme on May10th 2009.
I need a fast time for the Worlds 09 in Perth and feel that this could be the course to get me there. I will round the season of at Vitruvian hopefully with as quick a time as in Barcelona.
Michael is a level 3 British Triathlon and Level 2 British Cycling Coach with over 8 years experience which includes working with the RAF Triathlon performance squad and Triathlon Englands Eastern Region Academy.

Challenge Costa de Barcelona Maresme
Michael is an ITU Continental Technical Official. He is currently a Level 3 British Triathlon, a "Trainee" Level 2 British Cycling Coach and an Open Water Swimming Coach.
Michael was one of Triathlons Technical Officials at the London 2012 and Nanjing 2014 Olympics. Still competing at National events he represented GBR at AG long distance triathlon and hopes to return to top level competition soon.
